DS160 form mistake in mother's date of birth

Hi,

I am applying for H1B visa and I have filled and submitted my DS160 form and have a scheduled appointment on 6th of Nov. But I made a mistake while filling out my mother's date of birth in the DS160 form. Will this be a problem?
What am I supposed to do now? Kindly advise.
