Currently my VISA is sponsored by employer A..
If in future I transferred my H1 VISA to new employer B successfully ....
After that if i receive a better offer from another new employer C.....
Q1 - What all documents should i received from employer B after the VISA transfer.
Q2- What if employer B, will provide all these documents only when i joined its company.
Q3- Do i need to inform Employer C about Employer B while transferring my H1 VISA?
Q4- What all documents i should provide to Employer C for transferring my VISA. Is it same documents which i used for employer B or its different.
