On obtaining the H1 transfer there is no time limit to join your new employer ?
My H1B -transfer to new employer is approved on Oct 30th and planning to service my 4 -5 weeks notice period and Join new company on December 1st week.
let me know if there is any certain cutoff period to report to work at new company ( 30 days or 60 days from approval date ) etc.. ?? Or
I can service my 4-5 week notice period and report to new employer ??
