    urgent help required!!

    I have H1B visa stamped in my passport from company A which will expire in 6 Aug. I have now switched to company B and have h1b approval for them. If i decide to go to my home country do i need to get a new visa stamped? Can i come back before 5th aug and still not require a new stamp?
