Need to apply H4 to my wife- Please help

Hi Friends,

I request you to clarify my query, my query is, I am on H1 and working with YYYY company and looking to change to a different company and transfer my H1. My major concern here is if my wife gets H4 on the current I797 and if i transfer my H1 before she comes to USA can she still enter into USA with the H4 visa she got on my old I797.
