    H4 - Working Dependent (Aeronautical engineer) Private comany NOC Required?

    Hi,

    H4 Visa - My spouse is a Aeronautical Engineer working for a private organization, My Spouse employer is not willing to provide NOC certificate.

    Is NOC really manadtory? is there a chance of rejection if she dont have NOC?
