Hi. I am working for big company and my client is one of the top investment Banking.
My concern is - My sow is signed until August 31st 2013 and My I-94 expires on September 30 2013. we are not sure now the SOW is extended or not after August 31st 2013. it may get extended or it may not. If not extended I have look for another project with in 20 days because My I-94 will expire. My company will start process the Extension in 3 months advance. I am hopping that there are chances of getting RFE as my SOW get over just before a month of my I-94 expires.
My question: Is it better to start looking for another employer and change the company. or stay with the same company?
any advise please.
