Hello ,
I applied for b1 visa on 11 Feb 2012 when my husband was on b1 visa in US,it was refused under 214(b) and second time i applied on 17 April 2012.it shows the message "Your Passport is under process at U.S Embassy/Consulate"
Now my husband got h1b visa then can i apply for h4 visa or should i wait until my b1 visa process is compleated.
kindly please help me as soon as possible.
