Query Regarding H1

I am currently working on H1 visa in USA. My visa is valid for next 2years. But my assignment is short term and have to move back to India. I would like to know if I change my job after returning to INdia , what would be the formalities that my new EMployer have to complete, inorder that the VIsa remains valid? Would having such a short assignment cause a problem?

Nothing. Whenever your employer wants to send you back if the petition is still valid, they can use the same petition and if not they can file a new cap-exempt petition.
