Ds-160 submission & interview appointment

I am from Bangalore, so I submitted my Ds-160 to Chennai consulate, can I take my interview appointment at Hyderabad, since I am not getting any dates in Chennai. Any suggestion is really appreciated.

Fill new DS-160 form mentioning the consulate you would like to take the appointment at.

From what I know you can take appointment anywhere even if you picked another for DS 160. I think you can refill DS 160 anytime though.
