  • H1B stamping in Canada

    Hi,

I got my H1B visa approved this year and i started working on it from November 2012, i am working on L1 B for last 3 years and till Oct i was on L1 only.
I am planning to visit India in January 2013 and i am not sure whether to get my visa stamp in India or should i go to Canada.

if somebody have an idea which one would be the safest option please suggest.
Also i am a working as a contractor on H1B any idea how many pay stubs are required when going for visa stamping.

    Thanks.

First tiem H1 stamping should be in hoem country if you havent done Masters in US. As this makes verfying your academic credential easier for the local consulate.

This is my opinion not legal advice.
