H1B without Client Letter

Hello Friends,

Thanks for running and contributing to such a great forum.

My employer(A) has sister company(B) in USA and file petition is filed by company B but they did not give me client letter. I am asked to say "I will be working from my employer office and my employer will control & allocate projects to me as soon I get employer office in USA".

Do you guys think this would work for me or I have very low chance to get trough?

Please help and advise.

Sounds like internal project. You may be asked to show the project timelines or a list of deliverables along with the project dates.
