Dear All,
I have valid H1B visa and when I traveled to US and I was stopped by immigration at port of entry and they cancelled by visa by saying that US embassy issued incorrect visa and I need to re-apply for H1B stamping. When I came back and I re-applied but embassy kept my passport for two months and after that sent me back by saying that " your program sponsor has requested to discontinue your visa process and when I asked from my employer that why did you request for discontinuation of my visa ? they replied that we never requested for that and your petition is still valid. I want to know
1- My employer is cheating with me or US embassy dont want to issue visa ?
2- I have another employer, and they want to give me job so Can I use the same petition to transfer ?
3- Wil I be cap-counted for this year again as visa quota for this year is over or I can transfer my h1b petition for this year?
4- Do I have problem in future for H1B stamping and at port of entry when i travel to US again ?
