H1-b Stamping while H1-b transfer

I completed my masters in 2009 and since OCT 2009 I am on H1B but never got stamping done. I have H1B approved until 2015 with my current employer. Now I have a Full time opportunity with a company and they are filing my H1B transfer within 10 days. Can i go to Canada for stamping for my current employer while transfer is in place? If yes,what are the possible chances?
