  • In House Petition : Variable clients

    Hi

I work directly for a company and the petition was filed as in-house. I in fact work at the employer location and do all the client work remotely. My manager oversees what I do.

But the problem is I get the work as it comes. When we filed H-1b, USCIS asked for the clients, the duration of project. We supplied that with the existing clients. We have no long term clients but we always get projects. I got petition approved for 3 years.

Would that be an issue for stamping ? I can't prove to consulate officer that I have work for the entire duration of approved petition. I can only show who the existing client is and the duration of this project. The projects which were shown to USCIS at the time of applying petition are over. There is no problem with EE relationship as we all work in a single office.

Can I go for stamping ?
