We applied for H4 visa for my wife after I94 expiry on her passport. It was our ignorance of not knowing that H4 extension has to be filed with H1b extension.
Now, after 1 week of I94 expiry we applied for the H4 entension as per lawyer recommendation. We want to know if someone share the same scenario and what was the outcome of the application? Was there any problems, queries, duration of approval etc. Please share your experiences. Thanks.
