Hi,
I had option of job transfer from our India office to US office. I got my h1b approval from ucsis this year. Still i didn't get my VISA stamping done. But now our company policies are changed. So my transfer is on hold/cancelled.
in this case, can I apply for other companies and get my H1B transfer based on new offer. What are the problems involved in this case. Will my present company cancel my h1b petition. If yes, what I have to do to avail H1B in No-Cap quota.
