Company name change but no change done on H1-b petition

My current company's name is changed. The recent salary slip has the new company name while my visa petition has the old company name. Will there be any conflict in the future? What can be done here?

Whenever required, you need to get a letter on your company letter head mentioning that both are the same companies.

If it is not just a name change, you need to ask your company about what exactly it is and get documentation accordingly.

Its just name change. I will ask for a employement verification letter stating the same.Thanks.
