How can I add my wife( she is on H1B) to my GC process

Hi All,

I am on H1B and recently started my GC process(Just filed for I-140) with my employer in EB2. I am going to get marry H1B holder in few days.

here are few questions I have related to GC process:
1) Can I add my wife who is on her own H1B to my GC process.
2) If Yes, When can I add my wife to my GC process.
3) Is there going to be any problem for my wife's H1B If I add her on my GC process.

You add your wife in your greencard process by filing your and her I-485 after your I-140 is approved and your priority date is current.

No effect on her H1 based on this.
