H1B Visa Transfer Question

Hi All,


I got my H1B visa stamped for an Employer A and my visa validity is until 2013.Now i got a new job and transferred my H1 to Employer B.I am planning for a vacation to my home country

- Can i travel back with my OLD visa(stamped with Employer A petition) or Do i need to appear for visa stamping?
- Which company name should i mention in Arrival/Departure card (I-94) while coming back?
