    H1 B Transfer RFE can we apply Transfer for 3rd compan

    Hi,

    I am working in Company A and now H1 Transfer filed from Company B and got RFE, just to check in RFE period can we apply H1 Transfer from company C?

    Are you in the US? IS the I-94 corresponding to A expired? Are you working and getting paid with either A or B?

      i am working in company A and I-94 valid till 2014.

        Then B's petition decision does not matter. C can certainly file for you and get approval with I-94.
