Hi,
I am on H1-B with with the 6th year ends on Sept 2014 through company A. However I moved to a company B this month (December-2012) and the application is still pending. The application was sent under normal processing, because as per company rules they not send applications under premium processing to USCIS.
Now early next year say January 2012, I get an offer from company C. Can I move to this company without having an approval of the new H1-b petition of company B which is still under processing.
