2nd H1B from F1
Hi,
I am currently in F1 status till Jun 2013. Before my degree, I was working in the US in H1B status (till 2008). However, the 6 years of the H1B status itself, expired in 2011 (H1B was issued in 2005). When my current program ends, assuming I have an employer willing to submit an H1B petition, will I have to submit a new H1B petition under cap ? Or can I file in the cap exempt pool ? Can I get an H1B this year at all ?
