Hi ,
I was working with a employer on OPT and they filed my H-1 this year in 2012.
Due to bad health I have to leave US in the last week on OCt 2012.
Now, my company have revoked my H-1 and I have no H-1 stamped in my passport.
I read somewhere that
Even if my H-1 is revoked as I have approved I-797 any other company can sponsor my H-1( Independent of the April/Oct dates) and I can appear for H-1 stamping.
Please let me know if this is true and also, let me know if I get a new I-20 and appear for a F-1 visa will this effect my approved I-797.
