Hi.
I have not a common situation. I was laid off from company A (Nov. 23th). Company B filed H1B transfer petition (premium process) at Dec. 3rd and we received a receipt at Dec 7th. I already started working for company B. There is no approved petition yet.
Now I have a better offer from company C and want to join it.
So here is a tricky situation with 2 options:
1) To file a new H1B transfer petition from A to C I need to show copy of my December paystub which I don't have. The latest paystub I have is for November.
2) To file a new H1B transfer petition from B to C I need to have approved petition and also at least one paystub which I don't have yet.
Company C wants me to join as soon as possible, so time is crucial.
Which option is more reliable in my situation? Am I mistaken somewhere (maybe about paystubs)?
Thank you.
