H4 stamping: Question in DS-160 form

Hi,

My wife is going for H4 stamping in india, I have a question in DS-160 form.
This is my 6 year of my H1B and my GC is in process I-140 is approved.

In DS-160 Form for the question “Has Anyone ever filed an Immigration petition on your behalf with USCIS? Yes /No” Should this be answered as Yes or No?

can anyone please help me with this .
