h1b transfer from india without entering us

I have gone through enough discussion but still not very sure regarding this.
I have an H1B from a company A and hasn't travel to US yet. Now another company B want to transfer this H1. I have few queries regarding this:
1. Is there any way company A would come to know my H1 has been transferred?
2 In case, if yes, what if they cancel my petition and I get new petition approved from employer B.
3.If employer B petition gets rejected what will happen?
4.How safe it is to change employer from India?
5.What are other possible things that can happen in this case?
6. Can I travel to US during when B's petition approval is on progress, on A's approved petition?

Please provide your input for these.
