H4 Visa passport without spouse name & DOM older then passport Date of issue

Hi,

I am suriya. I have a H1B visa stamped. I would like to get H4 for my wife. Our is a marriage happend without her parrents consent in 2010. We only had proof of her home and got the passport as if she is single since they come to know.

The passport having Date of issue as 2012 and marriage was registered in 2010. Her Passport don't have my name in spouse name.

Proofs I have: My visa, marrige photo, invitation card, marriage certificate given by temple, Government registered marriage certificate, and her passport with this issue.

In this situation can I apply for her H4 VISA. I afraid if H4 would be rejected asking following question.

Marriage happend in 2010. Passport taken in 2012 where is the spouse name?

Your help would mean a lot for me.
