Hi All,
Based on this reply ,I may need to take a decision:
I came here at USA on sep22 2012 and I got my H1B visa stamped from India with one year work per validity of 1 year so by march 8 2013, I-94 or visa will expire and my company has already re-filed on dec 05 2012 and waiting for 90 days of decision .
my question is I badly required a job change - so if I change my company now at this month what are the impacts , my new company has to again file for me or the current filed one will work for USCIS
kindly help for me
