Regarding H1 usage

Currently im holding H1 visa from company Infosys and i have not travelled till now with that.
Now i got an oppertunity to travel from Company Sasken with same visa.
Please let me know if same visa can be used for first travel from company Sasken or not.

Sasken will have a to first file a cap-exempt petition for you. After that is approved, you can use that new petition and the same existing Visa in your passport to travel to US and work for Sasken.

You will need a copy of the petition approval or receipt notice from the previous company. (You may already have it). That's all you need from them.

There is no pros or cons, that is the only way you can work for the new employer in the US.
