H1 B Approved. Want to switch company

Hello,

I never been in US for job, I have approved Visa till dec 13. My current company has no position at onsite. Can I switch the company and Travel to US with same visa . Do I have to face again visa interview... ?.

Your new employer will have to file a cap-exempt petition for you. After that is approved, you can use the same Visa in your passport and the new petition to travel to US and work for the new employer.
