Name issue on I797

Hi,

I just transferred my H1 visa to new employer and in new I797, I94 there is problem with name.

My actual details according to passport and old I797,I94

First Name : First

Last Name : Last

but in new I797 and I94

First Name : Last
Last Name : First
just to check will it be a problem in future if so, please suggest me what is the process to change the name on I797 and I94.
