Hi,

I saw my online status and it says the decision is taken but what decision is not listed there.
The status was changed about 2 weeks back and said the decision will be mailed.
My employer or the person I am negotiating with is on vacation for 2 weeks.
Is there any other way I can get to know what decision has been taken on my applicaiton.

Your employer or their lawyer will receive the decision notice soon (or must have already received). There is no other way to know.
