Hi , my visa got transfered from company A to Company B, but on my passport still i have my Company A stamping which Expires on AUG 2013..

NOw, the question is..

1. If i want to travel to india and come back before AUG 2013 , do i need to get stamping from USICS in india ? or i can come with my COmpany A stamping ..?
2. If that is possible , then what are the main documents i need to carry ?

You don't need a new Visa in that case. All you will need is the old Visa and new petition approval notice. (As supporting documents you can carry employment verification letter, paystubs, client letter if applicable etc.)
