Hi,

My fiancee is applying for H1B in April 2013. On June 2013, we would like to go for H4 stamping since we would like to come to US before October 2013.

So if we go for H4 stamping at VISA consulate - June 2013, will there be a issue since she filed H1B in April 2013 and June 2013 she is going for H4 stamping.

No problem. In fact since H1B will be effective on Oct 1, you can only apply 90 days before the effective date and you can only travel on or after Oct 1.
