My H1B was approved in Dec 2006 and I worked in the US from 2007-July 09. I had personal reasons to come back and couldn't return to the US after that.
My employer cancelled my Visa. I would like to know as I haven't completed the 6 year term on visa, is it possible that I can use the same petition for working in the US, if another employer is willing to give me job?
Please also advise me on the procedure to be followed.
