H1b transfer , is H4 re stamping needed?

I recently got H4 stamping for me n my daughter. However my husband (who is in USA) wishes to transfer H1B in US.
My question is, If I wish to travel to USA, do I need to stamp H4 visa again if H1B transfer occurs?
(I was concerned since there is company name printed on H4 visa)

No. You can use the same Visa until it expires. But you will need the new petition approval notice copy corresponding to the employer for which he is working at the time you travel.
