Wife Travelling from India with H4

Hi,
I am on H1B visa till 2015. I have applied dependent visa to my visa with my current employer and she got her visa.

Now, I want to change my employer and my wife has not travelled to USA yet(This is the first time she is coming to USA), she just got her H4 with my current employer.

My question is
1. After I got my H1 transferred to new employer, My wife will be travelling to USA.So, Can she travel to USA with her existing H4 visa and my new employer's I797 photo copy?

2. If I go to India, should I need to go for new visa stamping or existing Visa with new employer's I797 copy holds good?
