Hi,
I have applied for H1-B for FY 2014. Before the petition gets filed on April 1,2013 an LCA is needed. When inquired about LCA from my employer,below was the reply
"
Multislot already attorney will be having a certified LCA for few locations hence for those cases BRM/associates will not get the filing notice. Directly petition will be filed with the USCIS.
"
What does the employer meant by Multislot attorney with have certified LCA? Can LCA be filed multislots?
Please guide.
