H1B visa transfer

Hi,

Can any one help me with the below queries...

I am having a fresh H1b from company A...valid upto 2015. I haven't traveled till now, In case If I want to transfer H1b from india. What are the step to be followed?

I got a company B in US willing to transfer my H1b, If they filed a petition for the transfer of mine. Do I need to go for H1b stamping to consulate again? Also what are the charges for filing the petition for transfer of H1b?

If you have a valid visa, not expired (when you travel), it is not mandatory to get the stamping. You just need to show the new employer's petition at POE.
You just need to provide a copy of the previous approval notice, using that the new employer can file a cap exempt petition. Upon approval, you should be able to travel immediately.
You don't need to worry about the process or fees. It's your employers responsibility and you should not pay for the processing, it's illegal.
