Hi,

I got my VISA with company A and I can to US on the VISA. I never worked on any project while I was on Company A's VISA(I was there only for a month and I never got paid or worked on any projects). I got a good offer and I joined the Company B (transferred the VISA to company B). Now, my ex-employer is threatening me saying that he will be reporting to USCIS and US Dept. of State. My questions here are :

1. As I have a valid visa from company B, should I be worried about my ex-employer reporting me as fraud entry?
2. Will this be a problem in future for my extensions?

Yes, what you did was clearly fraudulent and illegal. Consult an experienced immigration attorney.
