H1b stamping in canada - First time no masters

Hi,

I converted from L2 to H1b last year. But I have been working for same employer and client for the past one year. I also have more than 6 years of work experience and visited US several times on B1 visa as well.

Am I eligible to go to Canada for my h1b visa stamping? Please advice
