I have couple of question if someone can answer.
1. What is the duration under normal processing for L2-H4 conversion.
2. My husband visa status is changed to H1 already. My application of conversion from L2-H4 was given 3 weeks before his H1 approval came. I believe that I am still eligible to stay in US while H4 is in initial review but still need to confirm if others have different view on this.
3. If H4 is in initial review status, can I travel to India and come back to US without any issue or present H4 application will be void and need to start from fresh.
