H1b question

Hi,

I am currently working for company A, they are ready to process my H1. I have been selected for company B to work with them and they are also ready to process H1. Can I send paper work to both the companies at the same time? Please advice if this is ok?

Hi,
You can work for 2 H1bs based on your understanding with both the employers. Both can file for your respective H1bs (each bound by the quota).
What I think is you should make up your mind. What if the co. that u do not join eventually wants to recover the H1b filing fees ($2185) from you?
