Urgent pls h4- h1b - cancelled h1b by employer in 2008

WENT TO US ON H4 IN 2007 APPLIED FOR H1B ,MY EMPLOYER CANCELLED MY H1 BECAUSE i COULD'T GET JOB DUE TO SOME REASONS in 2008.Presently me n my husband have both valid h4 n h1b till jul14 2013 but his employer company is closed now,v both r in India now since 1 year.what options do I have to enter US.pls pls advise as I can apply for new h1b.
