Hello All,
I am on H-1B and recently married in India but because of time constraints we could not get marriage certificate back home. My wife is also on independent H-1B. We would like to know what is the process for getting marriage certificate in U.S.A for a marriage that happened in India. What documents will I need. I believe there are many in this forum who went through this process and I would like to hear from them and also any web links regarding this would be very helpful.
