    Incorrect entry date on I94

    Me and my family entered US on Feb 3, 2013 and were stamped incorrectly on the I94 document. our I 94 has the stamp date as Feb 3 2012.
    Do we need to correct this? And what is the Procedure?

    Appreciate your help !!!
