I worked for Company A which filed H1 Petition and I Approached a Company B (Consultant) for H1B Transfer and applied for Transfer. Another Company C gave also an offer and applied for transfer after 20 days from the applied date of Company B.
After getting the receipt number from Company B, I left the Company A and Company B started Marketing my CV.
Company C took time for company process to join in the company and the whole process took 1 month.
Company B Transfer was approved before Company C.
I joined Company C finally and Company B is now saying i cannot go to Company A or C and want to revoke the petition.
I want to Know
1. Is there any risk if Company B revokes the petition?
2. Will there be any issue for the Green Card Process?
