By what time in a year I should apply for H1B Premium visa?

How much time it takes for H1B Premium processing ?

Whats your current status? Are you applying H1 as COS or Consular processing?

Never advisable to travel while a decision is pending USCIS unless you plan to go for stamping and return on stamped H1.

H1 petitions subject to annual cap can be filed Apr 1 onwards for a start date of Oct 1 or later. Premium processing only makes the decision quicker. Other prerequisite process such as LCA filing should be completed before petition is filed.

How much time it takes for H1B Premium processing ? -- 15 calendar days unless there is a request for more information (RFE).

Can I travel before october if H1B is approved? -- If this is a cap-subject petition (if you have never had H1 before), then the earliest start date is Oct 1.

I am back after L1B - Individual denial. I work in an MNC. I am trying for a Visa with the least probable chances of deny as I am hit recently.
