Application not filled error at finger printing

Went for finger printing at the hyderabad location. though i have the DS-160 confirmation and filled in the DS-160 page, the personnel at the office were telling me that there was an application not filled error when typing in the bar code on my ds-160. Have anybody got this before and could you please help me with the next steps. Appreciate the help! I was going for a h4 stamping
